Credit / Debit Card Payments

We accept payment by most credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB, Discover and American Express.

We are sorry but we do not accept PayPal, Irish Laser Cards, Cheques, Cash, Money Orders, BACS, Bank Drafts or Postal Orders. We are unable to accept orders 'On Account'

You can pay online using our Secure Shopping Basket or phone our Card Payment Line with your card details after you have ordered.

All orders must be placed via the Online Shopping Basket, you need to get all the way through to the exit page which will show your Order Number. We will need that Order Number if you call us with your card details.

If you choose the "Phone Card" option in the Shopping Basket, the opening hours are shown in the Shopping Basket which you can get to by clicking the Basket link above at any time. The phone number to call will be shown on the exit page.

We are not able to take Orders on the Card Payment Phone Line at the moment.

Please do not send your card details via email as it is not safe. If you call outside of our opening hours, please no not leave your card details on the Answer machine.

Your payment is process on the day we post your parcel, if you order before those days your card details are held securely until we use them. As soon as we do process your payment you will received an email receipt for the transaction with an option to feedback to us.

When you receive your credit card statement, all transactions should be listed as Dianne's Knitting Yarns.

• Card Number
• The Card Expiry Date
• CVC number - usually the last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card or 4 digits on the front of an Amex card
• Card Issue Number (if present) usually for Maestro Cards
• Cardholders Full Postal Address - this must include the house number and postcode (a PO BOX cannot be accepted for this)
