Opening hours
The Dianne's Knitting Yarns Website is open 7 days a week - 24 hours a day.
The Secure Payment Option in the Shopping Basket is available 7 days a week - 24 hours a day.
The Card Payment Line is open on the days shown in the Shopping Basket which you can get to at any time by clicking the "Basket" link above.
Parcels are usually collected from us by Royal Mail at 2pm on the days shown in the Shopping Basket. However orders should be placed before 1.30pm to be sent on that day (subject to stock availability).
Please remember that any order containing a Pre-order item will be delayed until that item has come in stock* - if you want the rest of the order quicker please put in a separate order. *Pre-order Pattern Leaflets may be in stock as we have to order more than one at a time.
We are not open on Bank Holidays or Weekends. The DKY Office is open on the days stated in the Shopping Basket. Our staff work for other parts of CPU Enterprises on the days that the DKY Office is not open. The best way to contact us is by email as we do have an "Out of Hours" email Service which can answer most questions.
Website Updates
The website does not update automatically as it is not database driven. Therefore if you put an item in the basket it will still be showing as in stock on the website. The website is updated very quickly but cannot be done until after you checkout. If an item goes out of stock, or special offers sell out, we will notify you as soon as we can.
